*EDIT* Just a quick note to let you know everything is resolved and our lines are back up and running. We’ve been using the same system and line provider for a long time now and it’s probably time we updated, so we’ve got some fibre lines being installed in the next few weeks and a new phone system to cope with the increase in calls. Thanks for your patience whilst we fixed everything!
Sorry to those who have had problems reaching us this week. We’ve had issues with our phone lines that meant callers were cut off. We are fairly confident that everything has been resolved but if you have experience any difficulties we can be contacted via our website – the form sends an immediate email to a member of staff, and this always gets a very fast response.
